The Cycle Royte 30 sign is wonky and not clear where the cycle pathc goes. The Route 30 cycle path is closed off by a large gate and only accessable by a makeshift path around the gatepost. Route 30 is not accessable for all. This part of route 30 looks like private land and not part of the national cycling network. Additional road sign required on A143, 4th August

Wed, 04 Aug 2021 16:21:57 +0100
52.392634 1.284181

Due to use of sat-nav and drivers of trucks not familiar with our roads, many large trucks turn left at Needham Roundabout when travelling from Diss or the A140 on their way to our town Harleston’s Industrial Estate - rather than carrying on for half a mile to the correct exit off the A143 straight on to it. This premature left turn takes them directly into a chicane caused by a narrowing of the road and a line of parked cars as they enter our town. They then have to turn right on to Shotford Road in the domestic housing area, then a left up Spirkets Lane until they reach the exit from the A143 on to the Industrial Estate. This, I believe, could be reduced by additional signs before and on the Needham roundabout indicated on the map. Having spoken to our County Councillor Martin Wilby, I appreciate that many truck drivers ignore signs - much to the detriment of ancient buildings and trees with which they collide. But some might just follow the signs set specifically at them, ie: Industrial Estate straight ahead (indicated by that title and straight arrow.) both before the roundabout and at the appropriate exit. I appreciate that councils and departments operate according to fatalities and complaints, and there are few if any of the former reported and probably not many of the latter. But, after considerable observation over 30 years in our house I have noticed a spectacular increase in huge vehicles going through a domestic area when an exit straight on to the Industrial area already exists. The route through a tight entry into a housing area is totally unnecessary. I look forward to receiving your attention.

The driver of this Honda CRV GF53 PUV has evidently decided this is his permanent parking spot, he's partly on the pavement and partly on double yellow lines. The vehicle is here for hours on end and can be seen every day for significant periods of time. Can we have some enforcement please?
