Sides of road sunken leaving proud centre which catches under cars, 7th August
Rosemary Lane is a narrow road not easily passable with two way traffic. The sides of the road have sunken causing the road to be much higher in the centre. This means it is natural to drive in the centre of the road with approx 18inches clear either side. At one point the tarmac has been damaged with cars grounding out on the mid point.

Footpath needs brambles/bushes cutting back. Bridge rail, 3rd September
The brambles/bushes have grown over the footpath which has a hard surface on it. This I assume is to allow use of the footpath in adverse weather. The footpath follows the stream then turns right or goes on to Sandy lane. The section I'm concerned about is the section until it turns right following the stream. I would also like to report the footbridge which crosses the stream which has the hand rail broken/rotted at its base which is dangerous. Regards William Neale 07749733954 for further information.

The current give way priority for this junction contradicts The Highway Code., 10th August
This results in confusion for drivers and an increased risk of high speed (60mph) collisions.
The key problem is when traffic heading north is queuing to leave the A12 into Rendham Road then traffic turning right onto the A12 from Rendham Road, that has priority, waiting in the central reservation has it’s vision of oncoming traffic blocked by the waiting, give way vehicles.

Obstructive parking, 29th May
Our neighbours have been parking a car with a flat tyre and a works van on the corner of our busy street for over a year. They have parked both vehicles on the pavement which means that families with children and pushchairs cannot get through without walking in the road. The street leads to a short cut for the local primary school so during term time is very busy. With the van being on the corner of the street it means that people coming from both directions cannot see if there is oncoming traffic until it’s too late, thus having to reverse down the road again.

Sat nav postcode directions., 12th April
Please note - Most satnav systems list Postcode IP17 2NT as East View, Kelsale. This creates delivery problems on a regular basis as the correct address is East View, Low Road, Kelsale. This effects deliveries to 20 properties in the road as the road sign reads Low Road and Not East View. The sign at the end of the road needs to be changed to read Low Road and East View. People will not come in to Low Road when looking for East View.
