Rough surface, 13th June
A long stretch between Mickfield cross roads and Stonham is very rough and uneven, potentially unsafe. Extremely poor surface for a main trunk road. It will need skimming and totally resurfacing properly. A cheap tar and chippings won't resolve the surface.

A140 Southbound - directional signage to Stowupland and Mendlesham Green, 30th August
A quarter of this road traffic sign is missing, and looking at Google Streetview it's clear its been broken since at least 2018. ETA for a repair please?

Dangerous size and will damage vehicles. Not visible when filled with rain water. Unavoidable when vehicles travelling from the opposite direction due to size of the road.

Flooding, 28th February
The ditches that have presumably been piped underground are not functioning any more and are overflowing almost constantly onto the road. This has been the case for many months. In heavy rain you can see the water coming up out of the gullies, and also in a small fountain in the verge where there must be a blocked pipe. This road is becoming dangerous to drive on now as people do not want to drive through the water so are often driving on the wrong side of the road

Regular flooding due to ditch being blocked and overflowing onto carriageway, 28th February
The ditch appears to be blocked, compounded by the verge being pushed into it by traffic driving off the carriageway. During heavy rain it always overflows here, despite the ditch being clear enough 20 yards further down the road. In colder weather it gets very icy when this overflow feeezes

Blocked gullies/ ditches leading to serious water overflowing on road, 8th December
This flooding has been getting steadily worse for several weeks now. Water is coming out of the gullies on the side of the road, presumably the ditches or pipes are blocked as the water should be going down them. Often the water completely covers all the road now. Icy weather makes this especially treacherous
