Flooding across entire highway, 30th November
This road has had standing water across its entire width since mid October. The problem is caused by a blocked culvert at the lower end of Cutlers Lane and made worse by 2 further blocked drains and culverts under the road which should take flood water into the river Rat at the pin pointed map location. This road is now experiencing 4 x the normal traffic due to ratrunners avoiding the A14 roadworks and with the onset of frosty weather, a serious accident is now highly likely.

Water coming up out of the road outside 19 Brettenham Road. Crack in the surface., 9th December
Water is coming up from under the road in front of no19 and running down the road into drain outside 18. Concerned this could compromise the integrity of the road as it could be eroding the substrate. I've only noticed this issue in the past couple of weeks. No19 is not occupied.
