Damage to verge running along south side of Wilby Lane IP21 5LU, between footpath entrances. This is ongoing, consistent and deliberate and is destroying on of Suffolks prettiest rural lanescapes., 16th February

You are unable to use this footpath because of two points. 1, you are unable to get through the hedgerow gares aren't large enough 2, if you were through the hedge no bridge to cross the water filled ditch. See photo it may look enough room to squeeze through but its not.
