The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of IP13 6RS:
Flooding of Carriageway, 15th November
The carriageway in this location is continually flooded. It didn't used to flood so presumably is due to a blocked pipe or other infrastructure which needs maintenance. If it freezes it will be treacherous and very dangerous.

Blocked gully and displaced manhole cover, 6th November
On the east side of The Street, close to The Old Bakery there is a blocked gully. In addition there is a manhole on the footway which in times of high flow the cover lifts and water discharges across the footway. This has been like this for many years.

Blocked Gully, 9th November
Adjacent to the exit from Grundisburgh Primary School on Alice Driver Road there is a blocked gully which is causing significant ponding. The ponding itself is an issue but will become a significant hazard if it freezes. The hazard is obviously worsened by the presence of lots of small children and numerous cars so should be sorted as a matter of urgency before the Winter. The ponding has been an issue for a considerable period - it was present when I previously lived in the village over 5 years ago.

Blocked gully, 4th October
In Thompson Close there is a gully that has been blocked for some time. When it rains there is a significant ponding which is currently inconvenient to pedestrians. If it should freeze in the Winter it will become a major hazard to both pedestrians and vehicles.

Very large pothole and general road surface around pothole is very poor and rough. Reported this many time on the council website, 12th December
This pothole has been here for over two years, they sent a contractor to fix it but they did a very poor job of repairing it and the general road surface is very rough around the area. This is a busy road and junction and people are always having to drive around it.

Stretch of around 20-30 metres on the inside of the bend between Boundary Farm and Sycamore Farm, 4th February
Clopton Road near Witnesham Suffolk - It is clear that a repair to the inside edge of the bend between Boundary Farm and Sycamore Farm for a stretch of around 10-15 metres over a width of around 0.5 metres has deteriorated leaving several deep ruts and potholes. It is rare that I use this road but by the condition it would appear to have been in this state in excess of 12 months.

Footpath not marked, 9th December
Nice footpath si no footpath on fields. I reported this two months ago and the landowner has clearly plenty of time two weeks by law to mark the path again

Footpath not marked on fields, 9th December
The footpath is down there right through the rubbish. This is what the landowner has shouted at me this morning. He got upset as I passed the private property sign which I missed. This path in question is in theory through a field but as visible from photos it isn't kept. No marking on the fields and the field is vast. It has been like this for weeks and the landowner is breaking the law. Full stop. NOT only this but within a week they added signs of private property while before the signs only said keep dogs on lead.

Disappeared footpath... Reported It before!, 25th November
Reported this area before as being neglected where footpaths have signs but they are not kept. See attached photo where sign is there and the footpath can't be seen. This has been going on for weeks and it's against the law (the remove footpaths)

Large pothole which had a very poor repair feb 17 is still as bad and terrible road surface around, 26th September
Pothole has been reported for over a year now, a very poor patch repair was done in feb 17 but it did'nt even make it flush with the road around it, since then the pothole has opened up again also with a really bad road surface around it. Cars are driving around the pothole as they approach the junction crossing the white line into on coming traffic, I have witnessed so many close accidents. Suffolk County Council tell me this is not a priority problem, however this is a very busy and well used road. Perhaps they would like to discuss it on site??

No sign of footpath, 9th September
This area has footpaths or should have... One sign at the edge of the road then nothing not a trace of path just fields and fields, dug up. It is scandalous we pay Council tax money and we aren't denied the Right of way. Somebody is breaking the law as removing footpaths is an offence
