Unnecessary road signage A851 Isle of Skye, 2nd August
The UK Government states "Traffic signs play a vital role in directing, informing and controlling road users' behaviour in an effort to make the roads as safe as possible for everyone"
These signs appear to show an emblem of the European Union an organisation that we are no longer part of. They are a distraction to drivers and should be removed.

Huge deep pothole, 2nd December
Been here for months and getting very dangerous now, someone is likely to get injured, now edge of road is crumbled away and constantly full of water so you do not notice it if not a local. Hard to avoid now. I nearly wrecked my van going along it, frightening.

Road to school impassable, 13th February
This road has been getting worse for years. They have sent people to ‘fix’ it which involved throwing some tar in with a shovel. When the next car goes over the tar come out with more of the road making the problem worse! There is no pavement, children walk along the road which I consider dangerous because of swerving cars. You get splashed from the water, and this is a very used road, to the school and for businesses and residential houses and needs addressed, but properly! It needs complete resurfacing so that it lasts longer than 2 days!!

Sunken drain covers at our location, and immediate neighbours. Our location drain is Al s o blocked, and in heavy rain causes 5 foot spray when traffic passes.

Blocked road drain, 25th February
After rainfall, a large pool of water stands outside our front entrance, cars passing through create a large wave of water,as can be seen by the photo, lorries create a wave ouer 7 foot at times, this drain has been evacuated before, but shortly after that, reverted back to being unable to drain properly.

Deep potholes , , 10th May
Deep potholes at entrance to Black Park, the blind bend about 60yds on is also quite bad and trying to dodge holes could cause an accident , through not watching for oncoming traffic. The road is breaking up at the edges further on. Some straight stretches are still quite good. Filling in holes with tar etc, only breaks up within a few days. Road needs to be properly surfaced. Sorry no photos, far too many holes, some as big as 6ft long and 2 ft wide.
