Large hgv been dumped in turning area near old sewage farm at kinloss. Makes parking to walk dogs hard. Lying open and poses a safety risk to people.

Large & deep pothole, 4th March
Westbound approx 75m before the layby a 50 - 70cm pothole has appeared. Looks to be 10 - 15cms deep and 50cm from edge the of the road. A definite hazard to cyclists and motorcycles.

Vehicles parking on roundabout., 8th March
Vehicles are parking on this roundabout which is causing a blind spot when exiting the roundabout thus causing a potential accident risk. Also as this is a bus route the buses are having to mount the roundabout causing damage to the kerb stones and creating a big trench in the grassed area.

People parking at a bus stop, and partially blocking a resident parking area., 16th February
We have an issue with people parking out with parking spots in the Kinloss Southside Estate. However these cars are parked on a roundabout on Abbey Crescent which is also a bus stop and the entrance for the official parking for the houses in the area. There is plenty space along the road for parallel parking, less than a minute walk away.

Litter, 4th February
Litter that has blown from the army blocks is collecting against the fence/hedge. It is noteworthy that the further down the road (ie the further away from the barracks) you go, the litter volume decreases. I therefore think it is quite obvious that the bulk of the litter is coming from the army blocks.

Broken windows on cabin, 19th March
The portable cabin which sits adjacent to the cricket building has alot of its windows broken with fragments of glass left in the frame, inside the cabin and on the grass around it. This obviously is dangerous for dogs and small kids.
