Car park for wetlands walk full of big hotholes., 11th February
The car park for the wetlands has many big potholes. There is one at the entrance of the car park which is very deep and when it rains these potholes fill with water and could present a trip risk to people walking through the car park.

Lights constantly operating when nobody present, 3rd January
These lights are going through the green amber red cycle constantly for approx five days when nobody is present at the crossing, please can this be rectified.

Traffic calming needed, 20th March
This road is getting worse and worse for reckless drivers!! Constant noisy vehicles and driving, keep waking my daughter up at night but happens all through the day also. Don’t feel comfortable crossing the road due to the speed of some people. The roundabout keeps getting used for circuits and has had multiple signs damaged. Many close calls of impatient people not stopping or looking on the roundabout. Just sick of hearing backfiring and I know it’s an issue in elgin but something needs to be done fast.

This pot hole appeared about a week ago and has developed into 2 potholes and they are growing in size almost daily

Surface water issue, 1st January
For months there has been a large amount of water coming out of the pavement running across the road. It’s bubbling out of the ground and I’m worried it could cause a sinkhole especially as it’s next to parked cars. Scottish water have confirmed it’s not a burst main. There’s also a similar problem just by the roundabout where it keeps causing issues and just keeps getting patched up but not sorted. It’s been lethal with the cold weather recently and just wanted to make sure it's not going to cause further problems

New road entrance, 16th August
It might be because it’s still in progress but the new road to the new estate being built, opens up onto a 60 mph road on a bend. Many people have pulled out in front of me, maybe the road should have been extended into the 40mph limit just as you pass the garage - before works started.

Parking on double yellows and blocking emergancy vehicle access, 14th February
Cars continually parking at the end of the street on double yellows. Blocking access for bin lorries. Making it near impossible for emergency vehicles to pass. Police already moved a vehicle along but another has just parked.

Pedestrian Crossing Traffic Light Timings Broken, 31st December
Recently, since at least the 25th of December, the timing of the pedestrian crossing traffic lights have become faulty. They automatically go through the "Green -> Amber -> Red -> Amber -> Green" Sequence without any input from crossing users, e.g. during the middle of the night the lights will cycle multiple times on their own within a few minutes.
