This pothole is deep and sharp sided, and as photo shows, badly placed across what is only just a wide enough road for two cars to pass. As it is at the foot of hill and on a bend, it creates a significant risk of swerving out into the path of an oncoming vehicle.

Deep pothole, 2nd March
Avoiding this pothole when travelling uphill puts you at risk from oncoming traffic. Avoiding in either direction of travel forces you into the other traffic lane on a quite narrow 'double' lane road.
