Flood damage, 6th January
Ongoing flooding is causing road surface break up, rotting of safety fence, gents toilet inaccessible at times, public footpath and amenity area flooded and virtually unusable. This is a longstanding problem getting worse. Previous attempts to report surface water / flooding problems here and throughout Poolewe village have been ignored. This requires mire than minor patching - a proper drainage scheme is needed.

Surface water on the road from pinpoint to the bottom of Croft Brae at “The Narrows”, 14th November
Water flowing down the road that is deep enough to pull a vehicle onto the verge. A continuous stream from the top of the hill to the very bottom, about 3/4 of a mile. An ongoing problem that is treacherous when it freezes after rain.
