I approached the lights at the junction of New North Roadoad and Elmbridge Road and it was on red. I waited and watched as the lights changed twice for the other 2 routes but mine was still on red. So when it was safe to doe so I turned right into Elmbridge Road on a red light. On coming back an hour later I saw the light was working ok, 9th December
At approx 09.15 Saturday 9 Dec, the light at the crossroad identified for going straight or turning left or right was stuck. After 3 sequences it was still stuck so I turned right when it was safe to do so. I do not want to be penalised so wanted to report this asap.

Overhanging trees and bushes blocking the footpath, 4th October
We are a Special Needs Boarding School on School Lane and our children frequently walk the route to Chigwell Shops and Grange Hill Station. The pathway on Lambourne Road is block by Bushes and Trees making this incredibly dangerous for our children, who are nearly in the Road, as they proceed along the pathway. They cannot travel in single file as many of our children need to hand hold with a supervising adult. This is a road where cars are travelling at speeds with bends which obscures a clear view. This is a Health & Safety issue which we would ask you to address immediately

Trees damaging my fence, 28th August
2 trees which are situated on land presumably by TFL at the rear of Grange Hill Station are damaging my fence. Please could you kindly remove the 2 trees.

Traffic light stuck on red, 7th August
I was driving last night around the road and was stuck on red light. There are temporary road works going on there and the temporary lights were installed and were not working in the night.

The van keeps parking on the pavement and breaking the paving slabs, 18th May
I telephone this company several times and told them to ask the driver not to keep parking opposite another van as vehicle struggle to get past specially at school times when the school buses come through, and also people with prams and wheelchairs cannot get past the van As people keep knocking on the door, asking us to move the van,

The white car FORD Blocked our driveway., 22nd April
We kindly ask the lady (owner of the car) to move her car, she said that we can use the small gap to escape. She refuse to move it, we would like to report her.
She is not a resident to the street, but her car is parked almost every day in front of our house and driveway.

Several deep potholes on high meadows getting bigger and bigger., 31st March
3 large potholes on high meadows which have been there for about a year now and are gradually getting bigger and deeper.

Potholes in Chigwell and Hainault., 28th January
I work in the IG6 and IG7 areas. Their seems to be an increase in potholes in these two areas which is bad news for drivers, cyclist and pedestrians. When are they going to be fixed? Local people pay Council Tax and Road Tax but nothing is being done. A lot of preventable accidents. I believe Redbridge and Epping Forest Councils are responsible for these areas also The Highways Dept. Please get your finger out and do these repairs before there's more accidents and deaths. Don't ignore these potholes. Oaklodge Ave in Chigwell seems to be the worst.

Public toilets in Manford Way Hainault have been closed for over a month. People need to use them., 27th January
People with a health condition and parents with young children need these toilets open when using the local shops. I also work in the area (Outdoors). I also have a health problem. I don't have access to a toilet unless I go back home. It's very inconvenient to go home and to come back out again.

Road has potholes/top layer broken outside 46 Oak Lodge Avenue IG7 5HZ, 12th January
Outside our house there is a pothole and also tarmac is removed next to it. The road is having potholes across the road. This particular issue is there since last 2 months.

Trash bin is not there - litter not being cleaned regularly, 27th December
The bus stop has no trash which is making people throw the trash on the pavement. The litter flies on to the main road and creates awful smell. The broken glass litter is unsafe to the residents but also school kids.
Installing a trash bin and regular cleaning would help the hygiene and safety situation of the residents.
