Several large potholes at this location, 6th April
Bridge on the railway at Theydon Bois has several very deep potholes that are worsening every day and likely to cause damage or an accident. Small pieces of tarmac are flying up from passing cars and could injure pedestrians on the walkway. This whole section of road has significantly deteriorated in the past 2 weeks.

Urgent: Noisy and Unstable Manhole Report, 30th March
The manhole cover is extremely noisy and rattles frequently. It poses a safety risk and causes significant distress to residents. As I live very close to this manhole, the loud noise continues to wake up my newborn, disrupting our sleep and well-being. I kindly request that the local council address this issue promptly by securing or repairing the manhole cover.

2 deep holes in gutter in quick succession, 15th March
These large and deep potholes jutting from the gutter just before Clays Lane cause vehicles to either swerve or come to a halt if faced with oncoming traffic to avoid total drop of wheel into the hole(s). Can’t see that any urgent inspection or action is due. Very dangerous in the dark or when raining

Water stop cock and meter hidden, 11th March
6d The Croft Loughton Essex IG10 2PP Tel 07809455895 Gary Pursey. I reported this three times over last 2 months including today and virgin did show up today but said the stop cock is under the grass and not the pavement they had tarmac over. The other two houses covers are exposed on footpath ours is not and they said it was under the grass which i dont believe to be the fact as this is council owned grass area in front of the houses and the supply to my knowledge is not there and i’m reluctant to dig up this area. Does any one have a scanner to truly expose where it is as we have a severe sound voming from main pipes and need to shut supply off so myplumber can fit a new valve inside the house?

Massive potholes all along Willingale road, 5th December
The main pothole outside 272 has been there for well over 9 months. When a bus goes down it it makes my whole house 274 vibrate. I'm sure this cannot be doing the structure much good. Further along Willingale road by the width restrictions is a nightmare and a van has already been crashed into. This road is TERRIBLE!!!
