Collection of large potholes., 4th December
The potholes have been here for over three months and continue to get worse. I hit one today which I couldn’t see because it was covered my snow slush. I was only going at 25 mph due to driving conditions so hopefully I have not damaged my vehicle. These potholes could cause an accident if somebody swerves to try to avoid them on the 60mph road

Street light has been out for over a week, despite its having been reported to Kirklees via a local councillor., 21st August
House opposite had ~15% of its roof slates stolen about a week ago - and stands remote from the village. Lighting MIGHT assist in deterring further theft. LACK of lighting certainly won't help to deter.

Dunford Road Hade Edge dangerous road surface needs sweeping, 19th December
Dunford road through the village of hade edge is covered in stone chippings from the surface dressing of some months ago. This is dangerous. I had to brake sharply to avoid a head on collision and it was like slipping on ball bearings. The car could not stop I had to swerve into the grass verge causing damage to my bumper. Had there been anyone on the west side of the road when I braked I would have gone straight onto them. The road goes past hade edge school and a child play park. Can we please have someone sweep the roads before someone gets injured or worse. Thank you. Ps the recent ice seems to have caused the lifting of these stones

A huge pothole down snittle road which is making transition from my property onto flight hill very difficult, 26th June
There is a huge pothole approx 250 yards down snittle road which is making it difficult to exit off snittle road onto flight hill from my property at Lower Snittlegate. I cannot go down the lane to exit by the football ground as the road is much worse in that direction. Kirklees has repaired this previously

Dunford Road. Hade Edge, 24th November
Between the Sunday school and the junior & infant school there are deep decomposing leaves. Within the leaves is dog faeces which is being trodden into the infant school. It is also a trip hazard. This morning I witnessed a child run and slip into the road. Luckily no cars were coming at the time. The leaves have also blocked the drain in Abbey Close after the recent heavy rain washed these leaves from the roadside into the drains. Much if hade edge is similar. We could do with a road sweep please and the blocked drain attending to. Thanks

Grids, 20th January
The 2grids which are outside the White horse pub keeps banging every time someone drives over them it has been like this for weeks .
Also all the drains need unblocking as they are all blocked with muck and they are starting to smell
