Car park at oaklands heath centre and a guy was parked like this and when I asked them to politely move, they said I was ignorant.

Kirklee council land, water pollution, 2nd October
This leaking accommodation unit was reported to the staff on arrival to this road.
They looked, shrugged & continued on smoking & banging their dirty tools on the road.
On top of the pollution of the local fields, drains & rivers, the health & safety of the job they are undertaking on the road itself is shockingly scary, hanging off a collapsed road with zero temporary works to keep them or pedestrians safe!

Untaxed Cars, 13th June
Untaxed cars on the road that the DVLA do nothing about when reported. Residents can’t park because of at least 4 untaxed and un-MOT’d cars

Cinderhills road made one way, 20th August
Cinderhills road is getting worse with heavy traffic going up and down as narrow causing many difficulties passing etc. New homes are going tomakeit all worse. Why not make it a one way road?

Road surface around grate disintegrating, 27th January
The road surface has been previously replaced and is now disintegrating again leaving the frame of the grate sticking up. It has been like this for approx 3 months.

Public footpath between 62 & 60 Netherlea Drive Netherthong, 17th June
Moped owner living at No. 32 Netherlea Drive using public footpath as a short cut. Narrowly missed me and my aughters this afternoon when he came flying down the footpath this afternoon at 4:10pm.

3inch deep pothole, 24inches by 15 inches., 12th March
This pot hole is near the footpath next to the Methodist Church - this area is used by many elderley folk, some with sticks and poorly sighted. It is dangerous, an accident waiting to happen. It was repaired some years ago but has returned following all the rain

Blocked road gulley, 9th February
There is a blocked gulley at the entrance to Cliff Hill Court opposite 16 Cliff Road. The water is running down the sloping entrance of the courtyard towards the houses which are at a lower level. This matter has been reported before.

4no potholes all approx 2’ to 3’ long and at least 6” deep, 23rd January
These potholes have been here for a year and are getting longer, wider and deeper. One in particular is about 8” deep and will cause serious damage to a car if someone drives into it!

Council failing to clear drains resulting in New Fold resulting in unsafe conditions for cars and pedestrians, 21st November
Due to drains not being kept clear New Fold is now like a stream bed. If / when this freezes I and other residents will be housebound. This is unacceptable.

Large areas of road have sunk, 22nd October
There are large areas that look like a drain underground has sunk. These sags in the road cause cars to catch their front spoilers. and potentially loose control

Surface water gully drains blocked again, 22nd October
These street gully drains are forever getting blocked but the council take ages to clear them which is then only is a temporary fix. Water is getting into a property in one area. They have not yet cleared these drains from over 2 weeks ago when reported by a kneighbour

Drainage issues, 29th September
On South Lane Holmfirth numerous drains are blocked leading to the road taking excessive drainage on the road, therefore water entering houses and erosion of the road. Individual drains need unblocking but it's not clear the underlying system is clear or functioning.

Cars on private parking constantly block pavement preventing access to buggies and wheelchairs. How this parking was ever accepted by planning dept is beyond me!, 28th May
These houses have built parking slots that are too small for their cars, hence they constantly block the pavement. Please check planning permission!

Dangerous Parking, 28th May
Cars parked on the junction forcing cars into the wrong side of the road and into oncoming traffic at the junction which is narrow at the best of times
