Household refuse left on highway/pavement., 24th January
Previously reported overfilled household bin now has refuge bags placed along side. This is on the public pavement causing an hazard and also possibly attracting vermin.

Overfilled household bin on highway, 22nd January
Household bin obviously not collected due to overfilling. This overfilled household bin is now left on the highway and getting more overfilled. This is in contravention of the ‘household waste duty of care’ and local bylaws. The bin collection day was 19.01.2021 and today is 22.01.2021 with the offending household bin placed on the highway since collection day. This is also causing an obstruction of the highway.

Inconsiderate parking, 18th August
Parking opposite other cars on a bend of bank lane and bank lane bottom, making it difficult for traffic to get through. this has now been an ongoing issue for some weeks and the problem is getting worse.
