Very bad road surface and worn lane markings, 22nd November
On eastbound and westbound of M62 between junctions 25 and 28. There are some sections of road which have numerous potholes on and needs a complete resurfacing work done to bring it up to motorway standard. When you’re travelling at 70mph the current bad road surface and worn lane markings in some sections of this stretch needs to be addressed given that it’s supposed to be a motorway grade road.

Eastbound and westbound between junctions 25 to junction 28 on M62. There are some electronic signs which are not displaying the speed limit at all when the managed motorways are active. Please check all of them as there are too many signs not working on the overhead gantries for me to list them all. This applies to both eastbound and westbound of this section of M62.

No road markings giveway/stop lines, 23rd March
As you approach the M62 J25 interchange roundabout on wakefield road A644 coming from brighouse there are no lane markings or giveway/stop lines. These need remarking to show road users what lane to be in and that they will have to giveway/stop if traffic is on the roundabout. A safety mitigation needs to be in place like a no road markings board, or the lines need to be reinstated within the appropriate timescale you council deems necessary.
