Usual senerio, the road is very pothiles & causes vehicles to go onto the opposite side of the road to avoid them. ANy change of a highwy engineer taking a look - It simply doesnt last due to the tractors doing a 90 degree turn

Road below Rosedale Lodge, 28th February
This problem was reported over a year ago & we have lived with these slow signs & traffic cones (now squished by enormous tractors/lorries) ever since. The road is sinking, all the top layer of tarmac has disappeared so we are down to the sub layer & it is difficult to avoid the ruts as there is no way around them. There are planned roadworks up the lane starting 5March bit this is a greater problem. Please can you come & inspect. Thanks. Sarah Ingleby
