Series of potholes - some very old, 22nd September
A series of deep and dangerous potholes along the lane, some are very old, some have been previously reported and 'patched' but are now an issue again - Multiple holes along from A4112 turn for The Bache all along to the Lower Bache and 'deep fort' sign ( worse toward the end of the lane just before fork in road.

Surface broken frog lane towards Middleton-on-the-Hill, just after cross roads, 15th March
The edge of the road is rapidly breaking up due to heavy lorries accessing the chicken unit on the narrow lane. This has created a long, very deep (over a foot in places) pot hole that is not visible during heavy rain as flooding occurs here regularly and therefore is a serious risk to normal car and other road users.
