A series of deep potholes on a Metalled PROW starting from the vehicle access point from Park Avenue, HR5 3AL. Potholes from access point and deeply potholed outside Lavatory Block. The footpath is used by local Disability Walking Group and users of the Recreation Ground and attendees of Sports Events. There is limited vehicular access. The metalled surface has no camber and no drainage.

Blind concealed entrance/exit. Need mirrors and signs. So many near misses as busy non enforced speed limit zone, 5th June
New baby next door, elder neighbours, school on road. Very dangerous. Road narrows and many pets have had fatal injuries and so many near misses. Moments from "Welcome to centre for walking". Walkers are not safe and residents very unsafe both in vehicles and getting in/ out

Dumped equipment, 31st October
Contractors carried out works on behalf of National Grid started approximately October 2021, and finished February 2022. Entrance to the meadow was used as pick up/drop off site for equipment and excavation materials. Today there is still a collection of traffic cones, safety barriers, tubing, sandbags, and 'footpath closed' signs that have been left behind. Mud and stones are still on the road surface of Tan House Meadows.
