Open/broken drain or manhole cover, 10th April
This is on the grass verge of A49 at given location. The verges were cut today and this has unearthed a large broken drain or manhole cover. I have photographed with my foot beside it so you can see how large the holes are. Very dangerous for anyone walking on the verge. This is just to the left of the green sewage pumping station box, so could well be something to do with sewage cover.

Broken storm water drain, 2nd April
The metal drain cover has been broken for some time and whoever has been to assess the damage has put 2 traffic cones on it. This is the narrowest part of the road and is causing large vehicles to mount the cobbled paving opposite the drain. This pavement is part of a listed property and is being damaged as a result of the narrowing of the road.

Broken drain covers, 11th March
Two broken drain covers. One outside The Birches, Wellington HR4 8AU and the other a short distance away, almost on the junction of Auberrow Road and main Wellington village road. The former tips up when stepped on, which obviously could cause serious injury to someone. The latter not tested, but is broken in the same place as the one outside The Birches.

Vert broken road salt/ grit box, 24th February
The road salt / grit box is totally broken with the salt exposed. It can just wash away and that is no good if it is needed an sit is no good for the environment. It has been like this for months.

Road resurface damage to pavement where it meets, 9th November
Road was resurfaced few days ago. They have accidently damaged the pavement with machinery where tarmac meets pavement. This will crack over winter so really should be sorted by road resurfacing guys as they caused it.

DANGEROUS! broken sign obstructing view of fast oncoming traffic!, 27th July
Travelling from Leominster in direction of Hereford on the dual carriageway. The is a waiting place in the central reservation for traffic wishing to turn onto Ford Lane by the garden centre. There is a No Entry sign which has detached from post and has been lent up against post. For cars of a certain size this completely obstructs the driver's view of the fast dual carriageway traffic coming from Hereford in the direction of Leominster (this is the carriage that you have to pull over to access the garden centre). This was reported over a month ago along with the need to cut grass on central reservation. The grass was cut but nothing was done about the sign. Customers are reporting near misses and staff coming into work do not feel safe traversing the dual carriageway as it feels a bit like playing chicken! I can provide photographs to show you what I mean.
