This is a bend on a fairly steep hill. A very rough potholed area on the inside of the bend forces traffic going downhill (i.e. towards the south west) to the centre of the road to avoid it. Since visibility of traffic coming up the hill is restricted, and the outside of the bend is similarly rough, encouraging traffic coming up the hill to cut the corner, this is a head-on collision waiting to happen., 29th April
This problem has existed for years and has never been fixed.

Yes in particular the turning for sheepcote farm which is now down to one lane. This is a busy road. Absolutely disgraceful to have it like this

Both sides on Red lights, 23rd June
Traffic lights not working, both sides showing red, apparently most of day yesterday & this morning.
Please can you explain why are the lights there anyway? - nothing seems to be happening. There was subsidence earlier in year, but traffic lights there then for several weeks & work carried out. If they have to stay, can't they be set to automatically change to green on approach, when nothing at other end? Thanks

Rubbish, 26th February
The is a parking area along the A438 just before you reach the road sign for Whitney on Wye. Although there is a bin there there is also a lot of rubbish including a car tyre. This is a real eye saw and not pleasant to drive past. This needs to be cleared up.
