Potholes and trenches in road surface, 18th June
A while ago I reported pothole, which was fixed, but over time more have reappeared, and the trenches (presumably left by the excavations when services were laid for the new houses) are getting ever deeper. Apart from wear to tyres and suspension every time we leave the house, the main issue is noise, as every vehicle slams through the potholes and trenches. It's worse at the moment because It's too hot to sleep with the windows closed. The farm traffic (with trailers, which make the most noise) start at 5am, and it's impossible to sleep after that. We have been very patient, hoping the council would pick up the problem on their routine surveys, but we are now at the end of our tether, and sleep-deprived from the constant bangs from passing vehicles. Normal road and traffic noise isn't an issue - It's the crashing through the potholes and trenches.

Deep pothole opposite entrance to Bookers Edge, 4th March
We moved to Bookers Edge in October 2021, and I'm disappointed to find that this pothole still has not been fixed. It's where a strip of newer tarmac crosses the road, possibly from where pipes or cables were laid. At the end near the pavement which runs along the front of Brecon and Hay Farmers' compound there is a deep, square hole. Unfortunately it is impossible to avoid it when turning into Bookers Edge coming from the Hay direction, as safe road positioning requires the front left wheel to go through it. Please fix this - I am concerned about damage to the tyre/suspension on my car by repeatedly having to thump through this pothole.
