Lorry Parked on Pavement and Near a Junction, 19th March
A lorry is constantly parking on the pavement and next to a junction on a narrow road opposite Madley Church . It is inconsiderate, antisocial and downright dangerous. Vulnerable pedestrians e.g. People walking children to school and wheelchair users are being forced to walk in the middle of a narrow road. Cars coming out of a junction and cars going past the junction cannot see round this obstruction and there have already been "near misses". The issue has been present for over a week now
