The lengthsman has been and sorted out the water which was permanently coming across the road on the corner. He has left a concrete boulder as a temporary measure at the side of the road- would it be possible to have a concrete kerb put in here and some new road junction markings painted at the junction?

There is a pond to the east of this road with a blocked overflow pipe which goes from east to west. This means that water overflows across the road which is lethal in the icy weather. As this occurs just after a corner cars are slipping across the road.
