Household waste strewn across street in front of nursery, 15th May
Most days, there is household waste strewn across the street in front of the nursery because the residents of 17 high st leave their bin bags in front of the flats and foxes/rats get into them overnight. As it’s in front of the Flower Pot nursery, toddlers and buggies need to step over the waste to get in. This would be solved by the residents using plastic bins.

Verge outside 20 Berkeley Avenue, to left of driveway when pulling out from no. 20., 15th May
The tree growing in the verge was blown down during one of the first storms of this current season of storms [October 2023] and removed by contractors. A replacement tree will be appreciated to maintain the "avenue" aspect of this street.

Crossing from Park to Chesham broadway, 15th May
No visibility for cars to see the pedestrian crossing. I was nearly hit this morning at 6.17am trying to cross as a car drove over the pedestrian crossing at high speed. I am still chocked and also to read that this problem has been report 5 times and nothing has been done about it. When you have near misses and dont act you will have a serious accident soon.

Between house no 1 and Royal mail post box, 14th May
As soon as you turn from penn ave to Aylward Gardens, on left corner (near the kerb) a deep pothole is there waiting for dangerous situation especially when lot of cars are parked during the school run. It is situated on the road between the house no 1 aylward gardens and royal mail postal box.

The street light is broken in front of house no 19 Aylward Garden HP52QY. It turns on as Blue colour instead of actual colour as white. Seems like the bulb replacement is needed.

A deep pothole on penn avenue, 14th May
If we drive from Chapmans cres to penn ave then just before the junction point of Aylward Gardens there is a deep pothole in the middle of the road, which is very dangerous. Please fix it.

Pond park road just before Stanley ave when drving from Chartridge lane, 14th May
Series of potholes plus bad road surface damaging the car tyres. The road is broken from centre part. It is exactly before stanley ave if we are driving towards downhill and coming from Chartridge Lane. Please fix this asap as it is causing lot of damage to the cars since there is off road parking on left side of thd road and these potholes are not visible while coming downhill.
