All cars on this stretch of Kings Road are parked with 2 wheels on the path. In many places you have to walk in the road to get past. This stretch of road also has speeding cars so stepping out between parked cars is very dangerous.

Pothole - previously repaired, 17th April
This pothole has been repaired at least twice but continues to fail ona regular basis, which is a testament to the quality of the work. The entire road is riddled with pot holes and a failing surface. Why has only the front part of Hog Lane been resurfaced and the rest left?

30 speed check sign with :( / :) faces at entry to 20 zone, 29th March
There is a speed checker with smile/sad face reactive sign right at the entrance to the new 20 zone on kings road outside Berkhamsted school campus. This is quite misleading as drivers are being told ‘30 is good’ just seconds before the road turns to a 20 speed limit (which I presume has been done for safety outside the school).

Broken 'Keep Left' bollard, 20th March
Affinity Water are currently conducting roadworks in this location. Last week, their JCB digger knocked over and broke one of the 'keep left' bollards on the traffic calming island. It is now leaning against their fencing which will probably soon be removed as they are today re-applying tarmac to the trench that they dug. If the bollard is not replaced quickly, it will be a danger to road users due to lack of visibility of the traffic island when travelling North. Also, one of the kerbstones around the island has been dislodged and is lying near the broken bollard. Finally, a lot of mud has built up around the traffic island and needs to be removed. I have annotated these three issues in red boxes on the attached image. Please give them your urgent attention, if necessary with the assistance of Affinity Water.

Large deep reoccurring pothole near an S bend on the Ashley Green bound carriageway causing traffic to swerve before a blind bend. Pothole is about 6 inches deep and 4 foot diameter.
