Litter pick on the A41 Buckinghamshire, 22nd April
Dear Sirs
I have again and again requested a confirmed date in April for the litter pick on the Buckinghamshire stretch of the A41 by pass but just recently been informed that this has been carried out. There is no evidence that this is the case as the previous litter ie. bags, bottles, plastic bags, diy buckets etc are still apparent everywhere and have been for the past six months so I'm sure a litter pick has NOT been carried and I would appreciate a full response and pro active comments as to the precise timescales for the litter pick that is due this month. Mattress and rubbish flytipped at lay by, 22nd April
I'm having to repeatedly report the flytipping at this layby and it's such a shame as the faster you clear it, someone just dumps more rubbish and in this case, yet another mattress. It would be good to have signs regarding fines for flytipping but I'm sure these will be ignored. Not sure what the best plan of campaign is but appreciate your help in the clearing of this flytipping whenever reported. Thank you.

Just before bend on Weston road as marked on map, 18th April
Pothole is more than a foot long.dimentions to follow. I was taking dogs for walk by car and went into this pothole as there was a car coming in the opposite direction. I didn’t notice anything apart from a big bang but couldn’t see anything wrong at the time. After two days the car data reported low air. I went to get it checked out and was told the wheel was cracked. I have enclosed the cost of a new wheel from Mercedes.

Dangerous pothole on bend, 17th April
On Weston Road North / East bound, at the point where the 30mph limit begins, and pothole, 400nn diameter x 150mm deep, directly on the wheel track of nearside wheels. Cars are swerving unexpectedly to avoid significant damage to wheels and tyres.

A41 Aylesbury to Hemel Hempstead, 16th April
There are several sections of the a41 between Aylesbury and Hemel where the road surface is atrocious. In many sections the road surface is failing dramatically and this includes approaches to hazards such as the roundabout with wendover road at the end of the dual carriage way which is pitted with pot holes and failing surface. Clearly this is a fast road used by all types of vehicles the road surface as it is in these sections it at best inconvenient and likely causing damages to cars but also dangerous and unless address will result in accidents and injury or worse. The entire a41 between Aylesbury and Hemel needs to be assessed and repaired.

Dogs are fouling in overgrown grass verge, as the grass is longer owners are not able to remove all fouling which is unpleasant and causing a concern to my property and whilst exiting and entering garden, 15th April
Grass verge outside 98/100 London Road overgrown, dogs fouling, owners unable to clear correctly due to length of grass, causing issues for me entering and exiting property.

Litter Pick on Buckinghamshire A41 bi pass, 15th April
I did request feedback on this previously and was informed that a litter pick would be carried out in April. Please could I have a more specific timeframe for when the Litter Pick will be done on the Buckinghamshire stretch of the A41 Bi Pass.

Triangular Flood signage by side of A41 Bi Pass, 15th April
Dear Sirs I did report this previously under Ref: 5741081 but not received any further feedback to get these flood signs (one of which has fallen over for ages) to be removed from the side of the A41 bi pass and the other flood sign to be removed at the Aston Clinton roundabout as you come off the bi pass. These are no longer required so would be grateful if they could be removed. Thank you.

There has been and is ongoing virgin media broadband services utility work going on down the road. The contractors undertaking the work have left the kerbs damaged. While they may come back and reinstate at the end, it may be prudent for the council to monitor this situation. A number of blocks are loose and will damage vehicle tyres and wheels. Thanks

Road Failed, 9th April
Numerous large potholes along this road, especially bad after the bridge. Road has now failed in several places causing traffic to drive on the wrong side of the road on blind summit.
