CFL broke to raised sight assisted slab and have not put right despite being asked on x5 separate occasions. This is a trip hazard for partially sighted persons., 26th April
62 Brook Street - raised broken slab caused by CFL recently laying cabels. I asked on x5 separate occasions to put right -they said they would but to no avail. This is a trip hazard for partially sighted persons.

Customer Challenge to 5865258 - Overhanging branch of horse chestnut tree. Beside car parking, end closest to number 22, 25th April
Customer Challenge as the branch has a split in it and Children play here and cars are parked under neath it, this cannot be left till a later date, please reinspect and arrange for the works to be done, it's quite obvious.

Paths behind Midhurst Close., 25th April
Another report....the pavement has failed all along the paths behind Midhurst/Ambleside/Pevensey Close. The tarmac is sticking UP by the 'middle' dog poo bin, it's raised and dangerous. Other parts of this path are full of holes, tarmac gone, down to the concrete beneath. Trip hazards. It's even worse of an evening, no streetlights in the area. Its dangerous.
This has been reported numerous times before with no updates... NOT a good service by the Council!

Dead pigeon, 25th April
Dead pigeon on the kerbside opposite 4 and 5 Midhurst Close. It’s just off the road on the grass under the large tree. Children walk up the road and see it. Not nice.

Ref: 5811937. has been closed but not repaired? The barrier and cones you placed in the road have now fallen into the stream. Or is that correct repair for an embankment collapse. If so could we have some more cones to finish filling up the hole. Thankyou

HG57SGO has flat tyres, moss growing on, no mot, not taxed, declared SORN, but is completely on footpath on a public thoroughfare which is not private land

Litter pick on the A41 Buckinghamshire, 22nd April
Dear Sirs
I have again and again requested a confirmed date in April for the litter pick on the Buckinghamshire stretch of the A41 by pass but just recently been informed that this has been carried out. There is no evidence that this is the case as the previous litter ie. bags, bottles, plastic bags, diy buckets etc are still apparent everywhere and have been for the past six months so I'm sure a litter pick has NOT been carried and I would appreciate a full response and pro active comments as to the precise timescales for the litter pick that is due this month. Just before bend on Weston road as marked on map, 18th April
Pothole is more than a foot long.dimentions to follow. I was taking dogs for walk by car and went into this pothole as there was a car coming in the opposite direction. I didn’t notice anything apart from a big bang but couldn’t see anything wrong at the time. After two days the car data reported low air. I went to get it checked out and was told the wheel was cracked. I have enclosed the cost of a new wheel from Mercedes.

Dangerous pothole on bend, 17th April
On Weston Road North / East bound, at the point where the 30mph limit begins, and pothole, 400nn diameter x 150mm deep, directly on the wheel track of nearside wheels. Cars are swerving unexpectedly to avoid significant damage to wheels and tyres.
