Approaching the roundabout towards Watermead the road surface is tarmac and brickwork surrounding the roundabout. The brickwork is sunken about 6-8 inches deep and growing in size, more than 15 inches across at the moment. Dangerous to all road users especially cyclists and motorcycles

Just down from bus stop on long meadow a tree / bush overhanging pavement, 16th May
From bus stop on long meadow heading down towards Queens mead on left hand side
Tree overhanging pavement - difficult for mobility scooters/ pushchairs/ those with limited sight to get past easily

Lights are not working to allow pedestrians to cross, 16th May
The lights are out. School children and residents are struggling to cross this very busy road.

The lights opposite the cemetery are out which I witnessed causing issues for school children crossing and the amount of children there was building up.

I was walking by the lights at 6:48am and noticed that the button to cross didn’t work and the actual traffic lights were not on, this must’ve happened overnight because yesterday the lights were working.
Couldn’t provide picture of it because I was in a rush

A paving stone is missing. Trip hazard and dangerous for partially sighted, wheelchairs, prams, cyclists, and all pedestrian, needs to be fixed urgently.

Storm drain outside 16 Fairfax Crescent, 15th May
Storm drain full to the top outside Number 16 and drain outside number 10 empty. Clearly a blockage as water is breaking its way through the road. Thames Water took samples and said it’s untreated water so to contact the council as it’s a blockage. Caused huge pothole. I have contacted my local councillor regarding this issue as Thames Water says it’s not their problem and I received an email yesterday from yourselves saying it’s not yours. Can someone come out and drain the water from the storm drain to help elevate this problem

Grass has not been cut and is in patches 18" high. Needs cutting or else it will be pretty hard to do.

Parking on double yellow lines and blocking clearly labelled disabled access, 15th May
Aside from parking on double yellow lines, yet ANOTHER car parked blocking clearly labelled disabled access. With this car parked here, I cannot get my child into my house. We cannot deploy his ramp as the car is on the pavement. I’m fed up of reporting this issue. It is dangerous and blocks disabled access to our house.

OU14 NZR Parked in a permit space on Nelson Terrace and has been a week. 3 parking tickets on it so possibly abandoned but taking up residence we all pay for.

Fly tipping Whitehall Street Car Park, 15th May
Once again people are dumping rubbish in the carpark around the Traid donation bin - there is still a smashed tv there from last time that was not taken away. The clothes and rubbish are wet and flying around the car park in the wind. This happens every week, get rid of the donation bin.

Garages in lane between Dolphin Place, Aylesbury, and Stoke Road, Aylesbury, 15th May
There are, once again pieces of smashed broken asbestos lying all over the path. They are from from the garage roofs that are there, which habe been terribly vandalised. To be honest, I believe thus area needs to be reviewed by the council as it is in a terrible condition and is used by people using drugs.

Green ford focus, 15th May
W489 fbw This very has been dumped in a public parking bay in corncrake for over a year. The car is rusty and tyres are flat with the weeds growing up in the parking bay. Not only is it taking up a parking place it is a eyesore .

Loose manhole cover outside #56, 15th May
I reported this back in February and its not fixed. Its getting worse and is disturbing our sleep every night. We cannot open our windows at night as it is just too noisy. My previous report seems to be 'closed'? can i have an update please
