All of Gatehouse Way, 29th April
So many cars are parked along gatehouse way. It makes it incredibly difficult for pedestrians walking this way as many of the cars are parked on the pavement. Today I saw a man in a wheelchair having to use the road instead of the pavement - this is so so dangerous and unacceptable. There is so many cars - where have they all come from? Something needs to be sorted ASAP to stop cars from parking here. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Obstructive and dangerous parking on Morgan Drive, 29th April
The individual persistently parks work vans on the road on Morgan Drive. This is already a thin road primarily used by residents for considerate parking, delivery drivers and as a pedestrian thoroughfare of mostly school children. The individual in question parks his vehicle on the road, despite having space in the driveway for an additional vehicle. The individual parks often more than a meter away from the property side verge obstructing the remainder of the road and creating a hazardous situation for other vehicles and pedestrians. For other vehicles to pass, they are required to mount the grass verge on the other side of the road. This has caused the grass verge to become mud tracks which pool water and is very slippery. The individual also parks in a manner that obstructs the view of other drivers turning right from Keswick Street into Morgan Drive and from Morgan Drive left into Keswick Street. Pedestrians are required to walk in the mud on the verge to avoid other vehicles. As this route is often used by mothers with pushchairs, disabled persons and young children the parking is creating a dangerous situation.

Flooding, 29th April
This persistent flooding has been going on for far too long. As a resident who relies on this road for daily commutes to work and home, I am deeply concerned about the safety hazards and damage to vehicles caused by the flooding. I personally have now developed a fault with my headlight which I'll be processing a claim against Bucks CC. Despite numerous reports and complaints from myself and fellow residents, it is disheartening to note that no significant action has been taken to address this issue. Even mild downpours of rain result in significant flooding, leading to delays, inconvenience, and damage to vehicles. Bucks CC, pull your finger out and take action.

Pedestrian crossing at the Churchill Avenue junction on the Fowler Road side, 26th April
The pedestrian crossing is stuck on the red man and the button shows a red outline constantly as if someone has pressed to cross. Even when the traffic light goes red and the traffic stops, the red man stays on, this makes it very difficult to know if it is actually safe to cross as the green man never lights up.
