Abandoned car with broken window in parking bay, 1st May
Another untaxed vehicle with no MOT has been abandoned in bays that are reserved for residents and used on a first come first serve basis. This is resulting in a strained parking situation becoming even more strained and residents are being forced to park dangerously on pavements and verges as a result of cars repeatedly being abandoned in these bays.
To clarify, these bays are not private land and are free to use. Unfortunately, they are being taken advantage of by those with untaxed vehicles looking to avoid having them towed. This is 1 of 3 untaxed vehicles currently abandoned here, this particular vehicle hasn't been taxed in over a year with an MOT that expired back in November 2023.

Many containers of an illegal drug in plain sight. Please clean this and also the walkway closely where you will find more used drug containers. I left a separate report for this yet to no avail.

Tree to the side of 756 London Road, 1st May
A tree survey has been carried out and the tree in questions seems to be the Council's responsibility. The surgeons have deemed the tree dangerous as per below: Also there is a cavity halfway along the branch that heads toward building that is home to bats that would be a point of weakness. This branch I am told is home to bats. If this branch were to fail it is likely to cause significant damage to building. I would recommend reducing the whole tree by 40% retaining the section containing bats The tree Looks to be on common ground most likely council responsibility

On bend, 1st May
Blocked gulley (always is blocked). The road between here and the London Road is never cleaned due to parked cars 24/7. As a result as soon as it rains the debris and dirt is washed down and blocks the gulley (and the next one). Can something be done to either stop parking and clean the road and/or fit gulleys that will don't get blocked so easily?

Pavement outside number 5,6,7 old coach drive, 1st May
Pavement is cracked, uneven and tripping hazard. Also the mains electricity is just under the paving slabs. This has been getting worse, because the two trees are pushing up the pavement

There is so much rubbish in this front garden it is now slipping onto the pavement . Since the beginning of the year the broken furniture has been piling up with no sign of it being collected .

Same person dumping another bag of rubbish at corner of Priory Av & Benjamin rd, 30th April
This same woman has dumped another bag of rubbish at the corner of Priory Avenue and Benjamin road. There is camera footage of her doing the same thing on multiple occasions in the past 2 years. We have her details which I am passing on to the Council so they can take action against her.
