Branches blocking footpath on busy Box Lane, B4505, 28th April
A grab/skip lorry apparently caught overhanging trees over the last week on the busy B4505 Box Lane, Hemel Hempstead near its junction with Beechwood Park. The footpath is now blocked with branches. It is not safe to walk in the road as this is such a busy road. It is risky for any pedestrian but I use a guide dog and he will not pass this as he considers it an obstruction meaning the only option is to step into the road. . Please can this be cleared soon. Thank you.
