Junction of Castleton Avenue and East Lane, 26th April
Manhole cover is loose on the junction of Castleton Avenue and East Lane. This has been a problem for several months. I reported previously in Nov/Dec 2023 but this remains unresolved. Every time a vehicle drives over it there is a very loud clunking noise. I received an email in March (see attached screenshot) saying "Sent to NRSWA team." Please can this be actioned ASAP as the noise pollution is unbearable and this has not been addressed for months?

Around sweepers' bin hot spot at junction of Windermer and Draycott Avenue, 26th April
Three black bags to the right of the bin, assorted litter type rubbish behind the bin, and a white painted metal frame, possibly part of a chair, nearby to the left of the bin.
This information was correct at 13:15 on Friday, but the scene may have changed, or even been cleared, since.

Please clear all the street drinker/rough sleeper rubbish that is in the shrubbery. Access is via the wire fence gap that is opposite the waste. Site checked by Brent parks team and accessible from highway verge.

Overgrown branches and plants preventing use of footlpath and forced to walk in the road, not safe especially for someone walking with a child, needs regular inspection especially in summer months

Falcon Way road near number 6, 26th April
Lime bikes on floor on the road for a few days. School kids leaving bike everywhere on falcon way and roads nearby. I drive past everyday abd have accidents because of it.

Bin missing. I have already reported this earlier this week and my report was logged as incorrect and dealt with but the bin has gone andrubbish is piling up. This bin has been here to.my knowledge since approximately 1997 (because the previous MP agitated for it) where is it?

Outside number 220 Grasmere Avenue, 26th April
Pavement is extremely uneven and cracked (very dangerous hazard for pedestrians, especially for kids / buggy’s / wheelchair users) from the previous tree roots that was there and removed by the council and left the pavement in a terrible condition for the pedestrians.

The communal bins are overflowing and haven’t been cleared encouraging fly tippers and the subsequent mess attracts rodents and generates odours and is an eyesore to residents living in close proximity.

Child from nearby school caught spilling vehicular oil onto pavement. The route is used by the elderly, children going to the nearby nursery and primary school and who are likely to slip and fall on the oil.
