On this occasion I witnessed part of the littering take place, which added to the fly tip. As I was walking home after work at approx 19:37 a woman wearing a dark cream headdress and cloak got out of the above car and added to the fly tip by littering a coffee cup. She then ran back into the car. The number plate is GL60 MHY. I know that she didn't contribute to the whole fly tip because the bulk of it was already there when I left home this morning at approx 9am, but I am certain that the owner of the car did litter and would be willing to provide a statement to that effect. In the past fines have been issued for such littering on the basis of a vehicle number plate so I hope the same can be done here.

Grass overgrown, have had antisocial behaviour in the passed. Also fly tipping can be hard to spot if the grass is overgrown. Residents have worked very hard in keeping area clean of rubbish and fly tipping

Bedroom/ kitchen cabinets, mattress, bed base, duvets, painting material. This issue has been ongoing for 2 years and appears that this has been designated by I don't know who as a damping place as it occurs consistently. No sooner is it reported and council clears, a day after, it is filled up again. Could there be an action taken to stop this as if you check records of how many times issue is reported, it can be seen that this is a serious matter. It has become a health and safety issue because baby pampers, food waste are damped and start decomposing and rats have been seen teasing on decomposing waste.
