Initial report ref is 5797686. Some one has put the actual light at the top of the new pole that was put in previously without the light on top. Even now the light does not work which means they have not even bothered to check. The old pole is still partly protruding from the ground and a hazard. The bollards used to cordon off are still lying there causing another hazard for pedestrians.
What is the council doing to make sure their outside contractors are doing their job efficiently. It should take this long to fix. Safety is at stake here for everyone using the pavement.

The street lamp post was damaged by road accident. Someone came to change the post after many weeks but no light at the top of the post. A short part of the old damaged post is still left in the ground and a new post put in next to it without the light. It is too dark on street and does not feel safe at night. I don’t understand why it is taking so long for the Council contractors to fix this issue. There is some random things left there by the contractors.

Button for pedestrian crossing not working on one side, 27th March
Button for pedestrian crossing not working on one side (The side next to Mir Food Centre). It makes it difficult to cross the street as pressing the button does not trigger a green light for pedestrian crossing. Even though the button light goes off after a wait, there is no green light for crossing, unless someone presses the button from the other side.

Rod need resurface, 11th February
Road have so many potholes and damage completely. It’s been like this from last 6 months and no work has been carried out. It’s damaging vehicles tyres and risk of health and safety due to school

Illegal parking on double yellow lines, 9th February
There are always some cars parked up here on double yellow lines and I suspect the cars are from RAM motors which is situated at this postcode. I suspect this to be the case becuase when RAM motors is closed the cars are never parked that way. It is already a narrow road full of pot holes and illegal parking is an unneeded problem.
