Inconsiderate neighbours, 3rd September
Why can't we give the number plates of the cars that keep causing problems? The people need to be punished. I can't file a problem if I can't complain about the same cars even though I know they do it deliberately. They park in front of our house because they can and should be stopped. It is not fair. We all pay road tax. We were robbed on our street because of this kind of problem. We had to park far away from our house. Whereas these people can park wherever they want. It has gotten out of hand.

Request for reinstalling bin at bus stop, 22nd July
There used to be a bin at bus stop 50821, which is the Rayner's Lane bus stop for bus 183. The bin was there till about a year back. The latest Google Street maps from Jun 21 shows the bin as well. The bin has now been removed as a result of which passengers litter my drive, put non recyclable waste in either the garden or recycling bin which I then have to clean manually. Lot of passengers spit on the wall at the bus stop as well.
Please can you check if the bin can be reinstated? The bus stop does not have a bus stop number other than 50821. The bus stop is outside 38 Marsh Road HA55NQ

Mot Garage Park Customers Cars on street and loud Air Compressor outside of the building., 23rd March
Hatch End Mot Garage Park Customers Cars on the street.
They play roulette with customers cars, move one and put another in its place immediately. They also park in some of the flats car parks.
They should keep customer cars on their own property so local people can park easily.
They also drive too fast in the street abusing customers cars with high acceleration and heavy breaking.
My self and my young child had to jump back in shock as a one of their employees drove a Land Rover out of the garage towards the pavement at high speed. Lucky he stopped in plenty of time but why do we have to be put in danger like this? If the breaks failed or he missed the break pedal or similar we could have been hit, and we were walking on the pavement!
Total disregard for the neighbours doesn't stop there. They have an air compressor that is so loud you can not even shout over the sound. Louder than anything else in the whole of Hatch End. It is defiantly an illegal level of noise. To make it worse they keep it outside of their brick building. There is only a wooden fence to between the machine and open air. Also they have put up an extra brick wall on their side of the machine so that the sound is reflected towards the neighbours and away from the garage.
This is the opposite of what they should be doing. They should be doing their best to minimise the affect to the neighbours but they have done the opposite.
One neighbour has just spent a few thousand pounds on new windows to try and block out the noise.

Temporary traffic lights, timings incorrect, 18th March
Exiting Catlins Lane at 11pm, heading west towards Eastcote Exit side road on green signal but before leaving extents of road works am facing eastbound oncoming traffic who have received green signal. Clearly signal timings and safety critical intergreens are not correct and need rectifying ASAP, appear to underestimate sat flow from side road as well as having insufficient intergreen period. A second car from side road would have had head on collision with the eastbound traffic.
