As a result of this building there is detritus and stains at the front public pavement of Ranelagh Road HA0 4TW
Do you know how it's like to walk in a public . When you can't even look away from filth. There are children, nursery, the elderly and residents. Visitors to the Sivayogam Temple.
In general the entire HA0 2DJ building exhibits antisocial action involving bin obstruction, fly tipping, and partially obstructing the high road with delivery vehicles.
But in the photos wide and close up is a ‘relevant land’ with an appearance and elevation on residential Ranelagh Road is fully broken road. The site has to be restored at least with asphalt. Which is cheap and efficient according to your local standards.
Ranelagh Road HA0 4TW within week falls below standards. Even after cleansing as detritus build up sooner inevitably spreads to the public pavement.
To keep road standards at least on a weekly basis. Community protection notices (CPNs) must be sought. Which most councils can do based on gov.uk guidelines. For detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality for years. It is not repaired for years and has become regular occurrence in nature.

28 aspen drive, 8th May
Neighbour threw rubbish and cardboard on the public grass area and caused a fire. Fire brigade attended and put thr fire out. They still left their waste there as you can see. They don't care. This is pure negligence.

Outside 18 Blockley Road, 8th May
Heavily overgrown shrub at bottom of tree, causes a visibility issue coming out of the drive, also impossible for cars to park in front meaning they park closer to the dropped curb causing issues entering and leaving the drive. Also blocks the pavement on the inside

There is a big dead badger on the side of road collecting flies and causing smell

803 and 805 Harrow Rd opp Butlers Green, 8th May
I reported these two damaged railings near the crossing opposite Butlers Green a while back.
It was damaged by lorries delivering building materials to the ongoing building work in tge area.
Nothing was done for months despite the fact tge railings are loose and could fall over.
A resident just advised me that they knocked off their wing mirror when they drove past.
Can these railing be repaired now asap before they fall over and cause more problems.
The opportunity to recover the costs has probably been missed.
Please confirm when work planned.

The payment is completely blocked with overgrown branches from the private property which I reckon known as living in for sometime needs to be sorted as soon as possible because of all pensioners
