Underpinning / Retaining Wall Washing Away, 15th March
Jumble Hole is part of the Pennine way. The retaining wall of the clough is washing way on the bend. This has been more noticeable in the bad weather. Should this collapse (it has previously lower down) it will likely cause landslide which will block the road. There have been repairs made by the highways agency in the past in two places futher down to prevent this happening and to repair a landslide when it occurred.

Grit bin request, 13th January
There is no grit bin in the vicinity. Two incidents occurred here on Friday. In addition to this around the corner by the great rock we saw the gritting wagon slid as many other cars and people did around the corner nearly hitting two stuck parked cars and the walls.Please could we request for a grit bin. Blackshaw Head- speed limits unlawfully signed, 15th March
The 40mph speed limits on the roads approaching Blackshaw Head do not have regular repeater signs, which are a legal requirement. There are roundels painted on the road but they may only be used as a supplement to repeater signs.

Daihatsu fourtrack reg no G869BPY left with no tax on public bridleway.Looking at the state of the vehicle there cant be any MOT either,which will probably mean no insurance.

Dog foul on public footpath and home access, 16th October
Outside our access gate and garage and also on the grass opposite our gateway. I put up a polite notice and since it has got worse.
