Pothole on the Hurtmore - Norney road, under the A3 bridge, 30th April
A hollow has formed around the drain cover, and pot hole occurred within the hollow, in the corner. The actual hole was hard to see as it is directly under the A3, so partially shaded, as picture shows. It was serious enough to cause my colleague to be thrown off his bike, and who suffered cuts and bruises as a result.

Signs fallen over in the wind. There are two temporary signs here, but a repair to the original broken one would be better than just putting upright the temporary signs.

Cyclist death, 17th March
To whom do I report the death of a cyclist hitting these potholes?
On the downhill carriageway there are 5/6 deep, grooved potholes over about 200 metres with aggregate washing out across the road. The road should be closed to traffic going downhill, especially bikes. There will be a death otherwise. Consider this a formal safety notification. Thank you.

Left over and broken signs, 29th February
I have reported these broken signs and old ones (now at least 5 A frames lying on nearby verges, but you keep closing the cases. Why? I don’t understand the system, and I dont understand why an update I supply is not passed to National Highways. What does happen to these updates? I do think that littering the verges with leftover and broken signs invites others to drop all manner of litter, which is then costly to clear up.
