I am once again reporting the dip in the road in front of my home, Stella Maris Primrose Ridge. When vehicles go over it the house literally shakes. This dip is getting deeper. The underlying problem needs fixing not just the pot holes filling. Each time I inform you the response is that no work is needed. One day I will be filling a claim for structural damage to my house.

Puddle outside drive due to settlement., 12th April
GU8 5QB. subsidence outside gate of Silver Birches, Gasden Lane, due to damage caused by Swish Fibre. since they have finished the rain water does not now flow into the road drain but forms a puddle and runs down our drive. it is also not very nice for people walking along the path. swish fibre had a compressor running in this area which has altered the ability for the water to drain away. swish fibres have in general made a good job of their trench topping, but left us with this Hugh puddle. No Entry sign has been knocked over, 20th March
Milestone maintain Surrey County Council's Street Lighting and Illuminated Signs. We were called out to attend a report of a illuminated sign knocked over by an RTC. We attended site and made sign 554/02 safe. This website does not allow images to be uploaded, but this requires follow-up from NH urgently.

Blocked drain, 19th March
Blocked drain. Fear of being splashed by traffic causes pedestrians to dangerously walk in the road. When it rains the massive puddle it causes means that traffic drives in the wrong side of the road. The adjacent wall mortar is being eroded by the constant splashing

Blocked drains, 29th February
There are several blocked drains on Petworth Road. When it rains the water runs down the hill and drivers tend to move to to middle or offside of the road causing oncoming traffic to swerve or pedestrians to get soaked.
The main issue is that the rain brings down more stones an silt.

Street light 5680 03 or 04 not working, 6th December
Street light 5680 03 or 04 on north bound slip road on to A3 at Milford not working. To clarify, this is the last light before joining the A3 carriageway. This light has not worked for a number of years so routine maintenance has failed to identify this faulty light.
