Huge pothole, 16th February
Huge pothole. Drove past today and someone had smashed through and had grounded out their car. Metal flew everywhere. It is so dangerous

Numerous potholes between Fairhurst (where your people put an uneven road sign many weeks ago !)heading West past Parkgate and Gastons farm towards A283 Fisher St crossroads. THIS WHOLE STRETCH IS DANGEROUS WITH MANY POTHOLES ON CORNERS WHERE CARS ARE HAVING TO GO INTO MIDDLE OF CARRIAGEWAY. A few very bad ones on sharp corner by Parkgate were repaired some weeks ago but all the others have not been done and are now very bad., 1st March
See above - numerous dangerous and deep potholes need URGENT and PROPER REPAIR (not usual slapping a bit of tarmac into hole and patting)

Major pothole, 30th January
Extreme pothole. The road has caved away and is extremely dangerous as on a corner. If a car tries to avoid they cannot and will write off a car easily.

Many large potholes on corner (South Side) between Fairhurst and Parkgate, 19th January
SERIOUS / URGENT - the potholes on the stretch of Shillinglee Road from Fairhurst towards Fisher St crossroads are numerous and several are large. I know of 4 people who have suffered punctures / wheel damage. The ones on the corners are VERY DANGEROUS AS CARS HAVE TO GO ON TO OTHER CARRIAGEWAY TO AVOID THEM , URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED, ( The Highways team has put an uneven surface sign by Fairhurst drive a while ago but this is totally ineffective and goes no way towards warning people of the dangerous situation re potholes)

Edge of road subsiding, 25th August
The edge of the road has subsided into the drainage ditch following heavy rain , standing water & hgv traffic driving close to the edge of the ditch at a narrow blind corner. This fault was reported 2 to 3 years ago and hs deteriorated markedly in the past 6 months. This has narrowed the road at a blind corner and is a developing safety hazard. There are no road markings to warn of road edges or the presence of a ditch adjacent to the tarmac since these have progressively collapsed or been removed.

Three potholes in close succession. Unfortunately unable to measure or photograph as when I returned during the day after it was to dangerous with traffic to walk back on foot to inspect. Two have white spray paint so have hopefully been recorded before. Damage caused to front left wheel was high., 31st January
Impossible to see in time to avoid. Especially if travelling home at dusk with car headlamps in other direction.
Danger of others having serious damage to wheels if they hit them as well.

There is a pothole on the edge of the road about 0.5 mile past Warco, 15th March
I hit this pothole on the afternoon of 10th March 2017 causing splits in the sidewall of both front and rear nearside tyres which I have had to replace. There may also be damage to the steering of my car - this will be checked out by my garage on 21st March.

2 large potholes have formed at the side of the road on the westbound carriageway. each is approx 500mm x 300mm wide and are deepening to approx 100mm depth. the potholes are on the south side of the road on the westbound lane.
