Nothing there but traffic lights and cones., 13th December
This is next to the new roundabout built to accomodate soon to be built homes on the Dunsfold Aerodrome site, former home of BBC's Top Gear. For the last week, depsite there being no roadworks happening, the traffic lights and cones have been left in place. Southbound during the evening rush hour is a delay of several minutes. This is fair enough when there's work going on, but this seems to be there simply to delay thousands of road users 24/7.
