Road around drain lifted, 21st September
After the recent heavy rainfall, the road outside 35 The Ridges has broken up around the drain and manhole cover. This is an ongoing issue that keeps happening every few months. The drain seems to be blocked or is too small to handle large amounts of water running down from Mount Browne.

Not a Problem - can this become a dual pavement/cycle way, 6th August
Is there anyway to make this pathway dual purpose for bike and foot. I have cycled alongside it many times and it is never used as a footpath but would be a really safe place for cyclists as cars race down here quite quickly (despite the 40mph limit). There is no obvious requirement for a pathway as there are very few houses here but it is a really good width and clean/clear path.

Trees and bushes blocking pavement, 3rd August
Trees and bushes have spread across the pavement from the common land adjoining Tilthams Corner Road from Tilthams Green to the corner of TCR with the A3100. It is such that as a pedestrian going to the bus stop on the A3100 you have to walk in the road, and it is a blind corner for cars driving towards the A3100. Could the vegetation be cut back please?
