Dangerous footpath, 23rd April
I have been reporting this for over two years. It’s been marked quite a few times to be done. The marking just gets worn away. Some one will be injured and it will be very expensive for the council as they are aware of the condition.

Deep pothole appeared after water leak cured Frys Lane, 23rd April
At the junction of the 2 short one way sections of Frys Lane there is a new over 50mm deep pothole appeared. This follows the apparent fixing of leaking Thames Water pressurised drain in Plough Road, at the top of the short hill from where the pothole now is. The leak has been ongoing since November 2023 causing a continual flow of water from a small gulley, fortunately going straight towards a nearby road gulley in Plough Rd. But the pressurised drain leak also continued underground with water seeping through the road where this pothole now is. The seepage here has been slowly getting worse since December 2024, but has dried up after main fixed in Plough Rd. But at the pothole the road surface covering has totally gone along with a significant depth of sub base material. The adjoining road surface all looks to have deteriorated where the water was seeping through, but not yet opened up significantly. However it is obvious that the whole width of road surface here should be reinstated to prevent it all blowing away next winter and potentially causing a serious accident.

Hit a large pothole here, resulting large bulge on tyre, 15th April
Approx location of pothole as travelling at speed limit when I hit the pothole in the dark, checked my tyre at the nearest garage and a large bulge on the wall of a nearly new tyre.

Dangerous speed limit on narrow lane with no pavements or lighting, 12th April
Since the new Urnfield housing estate off Moulsham Lane has been build 2018, the traffic volume has gradually increased so much, particularly at peak commute times, there are now many more cars/delivery /work vans than the past doing 30 mph around the narrower Moulsham Copse Lane which is clearly a speed that is unsafe along this narrow lane (which does not have any paths and no street lighting ) especially nearing the junction with Reading Road which has a blind spot on r/h side that someone will get killed.
The original planning permission (eg planning reference 17/02793/REM.) given clearly omitted this critical risk consideration for Moulsham Copse Lane residents and enough is enough. Therefore, I request Yateley Council /Hart district take this incident report as an official request to take action to get the speed limit reduced from 30mph to 20mph through Moulsham Cope Lane immediately (with signage) to rectify this serious planning error.
If no action is taken there will be serious harm or loss of life caused and Yateley Council /Hart district may be found to be culpable.

Overwhelming smell of human urine in ditch area. ., 11th April
This is an area that lorries park up overnight. In the past ditches have had bags of human excrement dumped. Now they are obviously just relieving themselves directly into the ground. Some days it is overpowering. This is a disgusting situation. Relieving oneself in public is also against the law I believe. Rubbish is also sometimes just dumped,despite there being a bin close by.
