Destroyed verge, 16th February
Yet again due to over sized vehicles attempting to pass on this narrow lane on a blind corner the verge has been further destroyed leaving a wet muddy hole. The mud is further across my driveway entrance and over the road leaving the road covered in wet slippery mud slurry.

Wrecked verge, 9th February
Once again I feel the need to report this as yet again a vehicle as seen in the photo has wrecked the verge leaving mud across an already dangerous road and my driveway entrance on a blind bend. The road is clearly marked as 7.5 tons except for access, the vehicle is quite clearly in excess of 7.5 tons and one of many that use the road as a short cut to the A31.

HGV has driven over verge in between my drive and bridge, 12th January
HGV’s are constantly driving over the verge which has now completely disintegrated. The mud is now spread over my driveway and over the road causing a serious skid hazard.

Abandoned traffic cones., 30th March
The A31 Alton to Froyle is strewn both sides with abandoned traffic cones. Some have been mangled by mowing and noticed one blown or thrown high up into a hedge. They have been left there for months!

Large pothole Southbound outside lane, 13th February
Large pothole in outside lane on right side of carriageway. Not much room to avoid on outside and often dangerous to move inside to avoid it. This hole has been there for several weeks.

Deteriorating newly laid road surface,, 12th February
The road was fully resurfaced last year. The surface is now deteriorating badly over several miles, especially in lane 1, Alton bound between Froyle and Holybourne. Perhaps the contractors need to repair or refund?
