Parking of vehicles on footpath, 27th September
Residents of these houses have their own car parking at the rear of properties but there is 1 vehicle in particular that continually parks on the pavement causing an obstruction for walkers and pushchairs , there is no dropped kerb here so should not be happening

Stop sign covered by growth from tree., 19th August
This sign has been covered for some time and for anyone not knowing the road could be very dangerous as it is the access to the A32. Also growth from garden of same property is growing across the lane there is no pavement on either side of road and therefore have to walk on road and get tangled with growth when cars approach. The problem is getting worse.

Blocked exit point of drainage system to blocked ditch, 30th December
Drains and underroad pipework along Crows Lane GU343ED runs down Crows lane into Gaston Lane GU343EE and exits into blocked ditch. Exit point to pipework is blocked and water backs up into Crows lane right back to Camville cottage in Hall Lane, Has been reported several times but never any action!!!! HCC used to clear 200m of ditches in Gaston Lane to assist the flow down the lanes-- Has not been done in last two years!! When and if hedges are cut all of cutting fall into ditch. This lane has been badly flooded and ALL ditches require digging out and soil/debris removed

Ane blocked over night following flood, 8th December
Lane blocked overnight with flooded vehicle Water rose to over 1 metre but has drained away slowly over night. a lot of debris , leaves and mud has been left so reqired clearing by TAKING AWAY not dumped on the lane sides where it will be washed back into lane. None of runoffs/gullies above bridge took much water as most are totally blocked!!!!
This is re occuring , has been reported several times and needs sorting out now!!

Left over signs, cones , general rubbish, 24th October
After we think repair of metal drain all of the safety signage, cones , old metal work is strewn along the A32 and had to be moved off the road surface This has been there 3 months with similar left overs adjacent A32 towards Farringdon and on the Chawton roundabout. The problem seems to be passed from Hcc to EHDC and then forgotton about. This needs sorting NOW ! Local Councillors are aware and will be going further up the chain if problems not cleared!

Road drainage problem, 22nd October
Road drainage problem along this section of road drain outside Brownings Orchard totally blocked with water run off from Stank lane flowing along road edges and into GILLS HOUSE depositing mud. Gully and drainage system between THATCHERS NOOK and the LIMES is TOTALLY blocked. There is a manhole cover under the fir trees in THATCHERS NOOK but pipework is ??

Blocked drains with 100mm mud on road, 10th October
Darins at this point are blocked AND PIPEWORK FROM drains are apprently blocked, All drains are covered by soil up to pavement edges. Has been cleared before and will happen again Residents very unhappy!!

Flytipping in layby, 4th September

Abandoned road works rubish, 29th August
In layby , safety screens, orange screens surrounding left tarmac debris been there now 2-3 months Now being used as dumpi9ng ground for other rubbish including tyres, plastic trays etc. Its about time HCC gets its act together with all the abandoned local signage ; I guess the contractors are charging HCC for lost or new signs as part of the contract!!!!

Large sunken area on tarmac surface approximately 1.5m x 0.5m., 24th August
This sunken area has been here since the end of 2020 to my knowledge and makes access to houses very difficult.
