New road calming post, 10th December
I travelled from the north to visit my daughter who lives in Deacon Way GU33EN & when I arrived was dark I have travelled this road many many times as I lived in Guildford for 26 years. As it was dark I didn’t see the new road calming protruding from the pavement and drove straight over it ruining my tyre I was absolutely terrified. Why oh why is there no advanced warning of such a change in the road? This has caused me so much damage and cost a bomb to get it repaired. This cannot go on you need to have forewarning on this.

Multiple potholes. Many marked to be filled to the north on this street, but not the whole stretch, 30th November
It would be wise for all of the holes on the street to be filled whilst workmen are on site again in the near future. Please ensure they fill all the holes needing doing, rather than multiple visits costing the tax payer more money in travel time and fuel.

Road surface removed to leave concrete surface, shingles everywhere and surface being worn, 27th November
When concrete was left, the surface wasn't street cleaned afterwards, so lots of shingles. It seems a if the surface is now eroding away, but difficult to say as it was not cleaned appropriately afterwards.

No dropped curb for flat 2, 8 pond meadow, 21st September
When we were looking at renting the house back in January, there was a dropped curb along the whole of the drive way and now it is only dropped for 1/3 of the drive way. The dropped curb only covers the one parking space on the left hand side of the drive for flat 1, so if they are parked there, it is impossible to get our cars into the 2 parking spaces available for flat 2 on the right hand side of the drive.

Path Opened up, 3rd June
The path has opened up after recent pavement works, there is now a hole in the ground. Elderly people can trip over and fall which is dangerous.

Large crack in Pavement, 20th May
The concrete underneath the pavement has risen up and gone through the pavement causing it to crumble and create a large crack. Could be dangerous for elderly people.

Rapidly submerging kerb stones, 30th April
It appears to be fact that the kerbs are not accurately placed on the concrete surface below ( set back too far if you will ). This seems to have caused the gradual tripping / sinking of the kerb stones and the tarmac pavement supposedly restrained behind is tipping as a result.
