Large deep pothole at bottom of hill, 5th December
The area at the bottom of the hill has been bumpy for a while making it difficult to navigate on the bike, in the last week it has gained a significant pothole, about 10" across and at least 2-3" deep. It's right in the middle of the lane forcing me on my bike either to the inside (risking close passes) or outside of the lane.

Road works causing chaos, 16th June
Roadworks at Merrist Wood roundabout are causing huge tailbacks and absolute gridlock on Fairlands. It can take up to an hour to get out of the estate. It is complete chaos at school drop off and pick up, families stuck in cars in the high temperatures we are seeing is not good. It's believed to be ongoing until Monday.

Pavement uneven for pedestrians and mobile buggies. No street lighting makes it dangerous, especially at night but also during day. we have a lot of elderly people on this street.

Pot hole very large, 20th December
I drove down holly lane only yesterday and found this pothole outside the entrance to Rokers farm shop and the entrance to Merrist Wood college, I cannot say how long it has been there but its quite large.

The property 31 Baird Drive has extended the front garden boundary well into council owned land. A large fence has been raised around this area and it appears to be used as an extension of the garden. The photo shows the relevant area circled in red.

Drain without a cover on it leading to massive hole, 7th May

Acouple of substantial potholes very near kerb - on a bend in the road - could endanger cyclists and motorcyclists,, 30th March
The central picture shows a water drainage issue - water from the Hogs back seeps up beneath the entry drive to Pear Tree Cottage on Oak Hill. A team came out to fix it last year - but obviously not conclusively. The result is that water streams across the pavement. The drain at the kerb appears "overwhelmed" by the sheer voplume of water. Hope this comment helps....
