Dear Lord Higgins Apologies for the delay in responding, since your initial e-mail there has been confusion over the responsibility of the lights which I am now in a position to clarify. The lights 1-7 located around the roadway of Suffolk Court are the responsibility of Surrey Heath, these do not fall within the management of Dettingen Park, I refer you to the map below taken from land registry showing the non-managed areas in green for reference. I have raised the lighting issue with Surrey Heath via their website. For lights numbered 50,51,52 53 located in the play area these are Dettingen Park responsibility which I have instructed a contractor to attend to by the end of the week, please note if parts are required this may delay the full repair but I will endeavour to keep you updated. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Regards Anna Anna Tharme MIRPM MARLA AssocRICS Property Manager http://www.itsyourplace.co.uk/
